Hertford Buddhist Group is a small, volunteer-run Buddhist community based in Hertford, Hertfordshire. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

When you contact us through this site, we may collect:

We use your information to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to keep in touch with you about classes, events and activities. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is consent — you choose to contact us and give us your details, and you can ask us to stop holding or using them at any time.

 

Who we share it with

We never sell your information and we never share it for marketing by anyone else.

This website is built on Wix, which hosts the site and processes some technical information on our behalf. Messages you send through our contact form are received by email. These providers process your information under their own data protection terms. We don't share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to do so.

 

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond to you or stay in contact. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it promptly.
